Huang an eleven year old from Taiwan will attend
this year’s Academy week with a desire
to develop The Conference of Water online network.
After studying the documents from the World Water
Summit E-Ray wanted to produce a website for
other young people to provide an opportunity
for children to use ICT to meet each other, collaborate,
and share advice & ideas to improve water-related
activities worldwide.
